For all United States and Canadian Orders:

• Special Orders Cannot be canceled for any reason.
• All other orders that are canceled by the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee with no exceptions. No returns accepted after 14 days from date of invoice. No items can be returned without prior authorization and a return authorization number. Items returned without a return authorization number will be refused.
• Stages Music does not warranty the fitness of purpose or usability of any items for any reason. It is the customers responsibility to determine their needs. Stages Music may or may not provide any technical support for any product for any reason at their discretion. The manufacturers should be contacted for all technical support help.
• There are no taxes charged by Stages Music unless you are in Arizona where local sales taxes apply.
• Your Credit card will be verified and charged before product ships. If for any reason Stages Music cannot verify your credit card, you will be notified and your order canceled.
• All warranty repairs can either be sent directly to the manufacturer or they can be returned to Stages Music with prior approval for repair according to the manufacturers warranty.
• Items that are in stock and ordered before 2PM PST are shipped the same day, after 2PM are shipped the next day. Not all items are in stock. When an item is not in stock please allow up to an additional 7 to 10 business days. As soon as the item ships from our location you will receive an automated email from UPS with your tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number immediately, it most likely means your item has not yet shipped.
